Important Stuff to Know About Your Group Tour of NYC

Our private tours are uniquely designed for the adventurous, be they first-time visitors or seasoned travelers. City Walks NY is all about taking our guests off the beaten track to uncover the authentic NYC.

Our New York City group activities can be based on any New York theme that fascinates you or rooted in any chosen neighborhood.

We’re dedicated to making our group tours of NYC accessible to all. We have extensive experience guiding multi-generational families and mobility-challenged individuals.

The rates below apply to individuals, couples, families, and small groups. Rates are not inclusive of guide gratuity and driver gratuity.

Net Rates:

Travel Agent or Tour Operator? Receptive Operator or Tour Wholesaler? Members of any shared trade organization? Email us for our trade partner rates!

Transportation:

We can arrange transportation via chauffeured Escalade, Sprinter van, 32 seat mini-coach, 56 seat full-size coach, or luxury vehicle for an additional cost. Transportation costs are not included in any Group or Private Tour rates except where noted.

Receptive Services:

We can arrange any of your New York City ticket needs: sightseeing attractions, restaurants, and more.

Foreign Languages:

We can arrange tours in French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, German, Belgian, Danish, Mandarin, Japanese, Turkish, Norwegian and more.

Food Tours & Tastings:

Food costs are variable depending upon the length of tour, neighborhoods, merchants visited and types of noshing involved.

Tour Manager Service:

Student Tour Rates

Student Tours are for large pre-formed school or youth groups, which typically travel on a motor coach and can select from our tour menu. All tours are planned as step-on tours and include multiple hop-offs for in-depth exploration of some of NYC’s sightseeing highlights.

Note: Full Subway/Walking Tours (Any tour with a subway trip and without the use of a coach) are limited to approximately 20-25 participants per tour guide. That way it’s less herding cats and more giving a tour!

Group Tours are for large pre-formed or retail adult groups, which typically travel on a motor coach and can select from our tour menu. Tours can be planned as step-on or Subway tours and include multiple hop-offs for in-depth exploration of some of NYC’s sightseeing highlights. Group Tour Rates are tier priced to apply to industry professionals, travel agents, and tour operator clients.
